- Legal operator, business/address details, eligible age/capacity and approved contacts.
- India-qualified technology/privacy counsel: applicable law, commencement dates, rights, grievance and consumer obligations.
- Production data flows, provider contracts/subprocessors, locations, training use, security, logs and incident handling.
- Category-specific retention, storage-object deletion, backups, export and verified account-wide deletion.
- Backend policy-version ledger, notice evidence, authenticated consent receipts, withdrawal and re-consent for existing users.
- Monitored complaints/unauthorized-content reporting, authority checks, tracking, escalation and approved response targets.
- Any future payment, renewal, cancellation and refund implementation and terms.
