Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy
Current Demo Mode is not a payment or purchase.
1. Current subscription capability
The existing Plans page offers a clearly labelled Demo Mode catalogue. When the plan service is unavailable, prices and limits are labelled preview defaults, not verified offers. Actual plan and usage information is displayed only when the existing server service can verify it.
Selecting or confirming a demo plan does not take payment, buy a subscription, grant paid access or increase allowances. The selection is page-local and clears when you leave or refresh. Authorized server-side assignment, where supported, is separate from demo selection.
2. Payments & renewal
No payment gateway, real checkout, automatic renewal or automatic charge is connected in the inspected frontend subscription flow. This draft does not create a paid purchase or promise that payment processing exists.
[REQUIRES CONFIRMATION] Before any paid launch, approve merchant identity, currency/taxes, final offers, payment provider, invoicing, renewal notices and affirmative purchase authorization against the actual implementation.
3. Refunds & cancellation
No self-service refund, billing-cancellation or payment-dispute workflow is implemented here. A demo selection is not a payment to refund or an automatically renewing contract to cancel. This is not a no-refund rule or a waiver of any applicable consumer right.
[REQUIRES CONFIRMATION] Refund eligibility, cancellation timing, cooling-off or other applicable rights, dispute handling and approved support contacts require legal and operational approval before charging users. Do not submit payment details through Help or policy pages.
4. Usage & availability
Use the actual plan/usage panel when available. Missing data is not evidence of a zero balance or an unlimited allowance. Service-side authorization and metering remain authoritative; preview values do not change them.
[REQUIRES CONFIRMATION] Verify deployed plan assignments, quota accounting, reset behavior, service-level commitments and change-notice rules before any binding paid offer.
