A digital representation is not the actual person.
1. Generated, not the person
AI-generated conversations, voice, images and personality simulations are generated outputs. They are not the actual person, a continuation of that person's consciousness, or proof of that person's real thoughts, feelings, wishes or statements.
A warm tone, familiar wording, realistic voice or lifelike image does not make an output authentic. A memorial profile and uploaded recordings must not be treated as consent for every form of generation.
2. Mistakes & emotional limitations
AI may invent facts, misremember context, mispronounce names, misunderstand Hindi or other languages, or produce inconsistent and upsetting responses. Verify important claims against reliable original records.
The experience is not a therapist, emergency service or a substitute for human relationships or professional advice. Pause the experience if it causes distress and seek appropriate human help. No emotional or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.
3. Chat, voice & video are different
AI speech may use a generic synthetic voice. A voice-clone feature, if separately enabled and supported, has its own consent and authorization controls; it is not enabled by accepting this draft. An ordinary video meeting connects participants and is not itself an AI recreation.
The optional avatar panel is a separate provider-media experience. Its consent does not establish authorization to recreate any particular person's identity or likeness. No future feature is promised by this disclosure.
4. Responsible presentation
Do not present generated content as an authentic recording or as words actually spoken by the represented person. Retain clear AI disclosure when sharing generated material and obtain the permissions needed for any sharing.
