Grievance & Support Policy
Request preparation and the missing monitored support channel.
1. Current contact status
[REQUIRES CONFIRMATION] Approved support email, phone, postal address, legal operator and any required grievance officer/contact are not configured in the project. A monitored complaint/privacy submission channel and escalation owner must be approved.
These pages and the AI Guide do not accept, register or escalate legal complaints. There is no send button, receipt number or guaranteed response time. Do not interpret opening a policy or checking a form box as submitting a request.
2. Prepare a complaint or privacy request
Identify the concern: account access, privacy/access/correction/export/deletion, subscription issues, or unauthorized identity/likeness/voice/private content. Note the relevant account/content identifier, date, description, requested action and a safe way to reply once a verified channel exists.
Provide only necessary evidence of your authority or connection to the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment details or unrelated identity documents. An authorized representative's scope must be verified before private information is disclosed.
3. Proposed handling, not an active workflow
The intended workflow for approval is: receive securely, acknowledge and track, verify authority, review scope and evidence, take an appropriate documented action, communicate the outcome, and offer an approved escalation path. These are design requirements, not a claim that a case system is running.
[REQUIRES CONFIRMATION] Assign trained owners, response targets, access controls, evidence retention, abuse safeguards and any appeal process. Confirm the procedure for urgent unauthorized content and disputes about a deceased person's estate or family authority.
4. Escalation & law review
[REQUIRES CONFIRMATION] Applicable Indian data-protection and consumer requirements, commencement dates, grievance deadlines, lawful escalation bodies, officer obligations and dispute jurisdiction must be reviewed by an India-qualified technology/privacy lawyer.
This draft does not limit any right to use an applicable legal or regulatory remedy. It does not identify a regulator or legal officer without verified applicability. It is not an emergency response service.
